In this episode, we conclude Acts 12 by examining the dramatic death of King Herod Agrippa. After accepting the praise of the crowd as though he were a god, Herod refuses to give glory to the Lord. In an instant, God judges the proud king, reminding us that all glory belongs to Him alone.
While Herod's earthly kingdom comes to an end, God's kingdom continues to advance. As one ruler falls, the gospel of Jesus continues to spread and more people place their faith in Jesus Christ.
